Custom Plumbing
Every Plumbing fixture in this home was custom ordered by the homeowner. Freestanding clawfoot tubs, a refurbished cast-iron enamel kitchen sink set on steel cabinetry, an antique dresser converted into a bathroom vanity. None of these are typical requests, but working together closely with the homeowners, we overcame every challenge we encountered.
Public Bathroom Renovation
The customer was refurbishing the entire space and needed to meet code for a public washroom, which the existing washroom did not. The wall needed to be opened and the concrete floor needed to be broken to accommodate the new plumbing, but the results in the end were seamless.
Combi-Boiler
The customer needed a boiler to serve his new in-floor heating system as well as provide hot water for home use. It was a tight space but this Navien Combi-boiler fit nicely in the space available.
